This is a provisional agreement. CARNALIFE's final Terms of Service and liability waiver are still being finalized with legal counsel and will replace this text before launch.

By applying, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you understand CARNALIFE is a private membership organization with a real vetting process. You accept that participation in any CARNALIFE event carries inherent physical and emotional risk, and you agree to release CARNALIFE, its staff, and its venues from liability for injuries not caused by gross negligence or intentional harm. You agree to follow CARNALIFE's consent policy at every event.
